Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will drive direct revenue growth . This role combines field sales, event outreach, and cold calling to acquire new paying customers. The ultimate goal is paid conversions – converting prospects and free users into revenue-generating customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold outreach (calls + visits): Call prospective businesses, explain , and book demos/meetings.
· Field Sales: Visit retailers, D2C startups, local businesses and entrepreneurs directly to pitch BharatGo and close deals.
· Expos & Events: Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business events; visit stalls, engage business owners, and convert them into customers.
· Product Demos & Closures: Deliver compelling demos (online or in-person) and take prospects through the full sales funnel to closure.
· Free-to-Paid Conversion: Engage free-plan or trial users, resolve queries, and upgrade them to paid subscriptions.
· Customer Relationship Building: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to increase usage, renewals, and upsells.
· Reporting & Targets: Track daily outreach, demos, conversions, and maintain pipeline in Excel or CRM.
· Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and paid user targets.
Requirements:
· 0.6 - 1 years of experience in sales (SaaS / SMB / retail tech).
· Proven skills in cold calling, customer convincing, and closing deals.
· Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to articulate value clearly to non-tech SMB owners.
