Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations aligned with organizational goals.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, emails, events, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, institutions, and government bodies.
Pitch company products, services, and social programs to potential clients and partners.
Prepare proposals, presentations, MoUs, and cost estimates as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures of deals.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and reports for management review.
Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, CSR events, and networking platforms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
