Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and contributing to the growth of our IT services and IT recruitment verticals. This role requires excellent communication, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new clients for IT services and IT recruitment solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
Requirement Gathering: Understand and analyze client requirements related to IT projects, recruitment needs, and SDLC processes.
Coordination: Collaborate with the internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging trends in the IT domain.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools or other systems.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client expectations.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, SDLC, and recruitment processes.
Work Approach: Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Tools: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and online business networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/IT preferred).
