We're looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 0 to 2 years in Business Development (Advertising/Digital Marketing/IT domain)

Role and Responsibilities

• Proven working experience in business development or sales for an Advertising / Digital / IT company.

• Understand client’s advertising objectives and define effective digital and creative communication strategies.

• Prepare and present customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations to big-ticket clients.

• Manage sales process and day-to-day client relationships through conference calls, emails, and meetings.

• Proficiency in preparing business documentation such as proposals, quotations, and reports..

• Work closely with creative, production, and digital teams for seamless project execution.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Requirements

• MBA / BBA or any equivalent degree in Sales or Marketing.

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or IT domain.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for branding and marketing strategy.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Should have a strong sales track record and target hits

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
