Job Role:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers for our industrial storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
New client acquisition through calls, emails, and social media
Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and cold calling
Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
Handle negotiations, deal closure, and documentation
Maintain strong customer communication and support
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills in English
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or client handling
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and MS Office
Strong customer relationship management skills
Industry Preference: Logistics, Storage Handling, Manufacturing
Working Days: 6 days a week
