Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle client queries, maintain long-term relationships, and support the sales team in client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.

• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth project execution.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions and feedback.

• Support the team in lead management and client communication.

• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.

• Ensure long-term customer retention and relationship management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Customer Relationship Management / Client Handling / Customer Support

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to handle client calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Qualification

Education:

• Any Graduate

• MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
