Position Overview


We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and strategic Business Development Officer (BDO) to expand our market presence in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bhubaneswar and nearby regions

Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and referrals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth project execution

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream along with Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field is most preffered

1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Real Estate experience preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of the local Bhubaneswar market

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
