We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to help expand our recruitment and staffing services by connecting with businesses and building long-term client relationships.
📍 Location: Rajkot
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives & Bonus
📈 Experience: Fresher – 5 Years
🗓️ 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services
✅ Connect with HRs, business owners, and decision-makers
✅ Acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships
✅ Schedule meetings and present staffing solutions
✅ Follow up on leads and convert them into business partnerships
✅ Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
Required Skills:
✔ Strong Communication - English Mandatory
✔ Business Development & Lead Generation
✔ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
✔ Confidence in Corporate Interaction
✔ Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated Approach
