Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The role involves lead follow-ups, client handling, site visit coordination, and supporting the closing process. This is an opportunity to grow with a fast-developing real estate startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer leads

  • Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements

  • Explain project details and pricing to customers

  • Coordinate and manage site visits. Support the sales team in closing deals

  • Maintain lead and client data accurately. Build long-term client relationships

    Skills Required

  • Real estate sales experience (6–12 months)

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Lead follow-up and client handling, inside sales/field coordination, understanding

  • Basic computer & Excel knowledge

  • Result-oriented and proactive approach

    Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate

  • Comfortable with targets and customer interaction

  • Office-based role (site visits as required)
