Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our

team at Jovial Digital Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and

business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue

growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and

market research.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

 Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in

CRM tools.

 Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

 Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
