Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our
team at Jovial Digital Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and
business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and
market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in
CRM tools.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
