Qualifications
Strong client-facing consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution presentation, and relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain property details and processes clearly to diverse clients.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation concepts, and residential property transactions (prior real estate or sales experience is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for property listings, CRM, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset focused on trust, transparency, and service quality.
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and occasionally travel for property visits or client meetings as required.
