Job Description

Position name -Business Development Executive                                                                                 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients, markets, and industry sectors for new project acquisition.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and opportunities.

2   Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points.

  • Leverage industry knowledge and insights to position our services and solutions as viable and beneficial to clients.

           Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any 12th pass candidate, Graduate in any stream preferred.

  • Fair understanding of lead generation techniques, and sales process.

  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
