Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a sharp business acumen and a flair for premium products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or corporate sales, especially in high-end gifting, and possess a well-established network across sectors like hospitality, corporate houses, BFSI, education, aviation, and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and initiating contact with new prospects using self-generated leads, networking, and market research.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Drive franchise allocation and expansion, ensuring the growth of the company’s network
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Eligible category :
Minimum 1 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in luxury gifting or lifestyle products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong network in industries such as hospitality, BFSI, education, airlines, media, and large corporates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a results-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, creative environment
