Job Description

Sales Development & Demo Executive

We’re hiring a Sales Development & Demo Executive to drive outbound lead generation, speak with HR decision-makers, run product demos, and convert interest into trials and customers.

This is a target-driven role for someone comfortable with outbound sales, follow-ups, and structured execution.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads using LinkedIn and outbound outreach

  • Connect with HR leaders, recruiters, and founders

  • Call prospects, understand hiring needs, and qualify leads

  • Schedule and conduct product demos

  • Explain product value, pricing, and onboarding

  • Drive trials, signups, and paid conversions

  • Update CRM with all outreach, calls, demos, and follow-ups

  • Leads generated

  • Calls and quality conversations

  • Demos completed

  • Trial, signup, and paid conversions

  • CRM accuracy and discipline

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in inside sales, telecalling, or SaaS sales preferred

  • Strong communication skills (English + local language)

  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and demos

  • Basic CRM knowledge
