Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard ship owners, ship management companies, and offshore clients worldwide

  • Develop business opportunities for crew recruitment

  • Generate leads through maritime platforms, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry networks

  • Build strong relationships with international clients in the shipping sector

  • Understand client requirements (patrolling boats, fishing boats, luxury boats, onshore & offshore projects, etc.)

  • Coordinate with the crewing/recruitment team for the timely deployment of seafarers

  • Negotiate contracts, billing terms, and crew management agreements

  • Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

  • Maintain CRM data and prepare business reports

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.

  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
