Job Title:Business Development Executive (Female) – HR Consulting

Location:Hyderabad

Experience:Fresher (0–1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, social media)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers

• Understand client hiring needs and pitch relevant HR solutions

• Conduct cold outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing

• Schedule and participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person)

• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain CRM data and track sales activities

• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of digital sales / online lead generation

• Good communication and presentation skills (English + local language preferred)

• Confidence in speaking with clients and pitching services

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, Google Workspace

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field

• Knowledge of recruitment or HR services is an added advantage

• Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus
