Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and explain company services to potential clients
Engage with property owners to understand requirements and maintain follow-ups
Coordinate property inspections with field teams
Meet clients in person and build strong relationships
Identify opportunities and convert interactions into qualified leads
Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversions

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams
Confidence in face-to-face meetings and negotiations
Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
