Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The

BDA will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and expanding business opportunities. The ideal

candidate is a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for sales and building lasting client

relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Qualify and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.

- Present our products/services to potential clients and address their inquiries.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and sales pitches.

- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress.
