DESIGNATION: Business Development Executive

Location: Sector-143, Noida (Adjacent Noida Sector 143 Metro Station)
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.
Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to address their concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products/services.
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in accordance with company objectives.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
