Job Description

DESIGNATION:  Business Development Executive

(From Exhibition Industry Only)

Location: Sector-143, Noida (Adjacent Noida Sector 143 Metro Station)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.

  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to address their concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products/services.

  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in accordance with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

  • Use market insights to identify opportunities for product/service improvements and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • ⁠Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
