🔹 Job Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive – Food Export to drive international B2B sales and expand global market presence for Indian food products. The role involves handling overseas buyers, converting export leads into confirmed orders, and coordinating end-to-end export processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities Generate new export leads for Indian food products such as spices, snacks, rice, pulses, processed and organic foods through B2B channels
Handle international buyer inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed export orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, importers, and distributors
(Middle East, USA, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia)
Prepare and share quotations, product details, and samples
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
Coordinate with procurement, quality, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment and compliance
Ensure adherence to export regulations including FSSAI, APEDA, phytosanitary norms, and customs requirements
Track global market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging export opportunities
Participate in virtual and in-person trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer–seller meets as required
Maintain accurate CRM / Excel records of leads, sales pipeline, and order closures
