🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, online inquiries, and referrals.

  • Conduct meetings and property presentations with potential clients.

  • Explain project features, USPs, pricing, and location benefits to customers.

  • Handle client visits to project sites and ensure professional follow-up.

  • Close sales by building trust and providing end-to-end assistance during the buying process.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor projects.

📋 Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus and experience in real estate companies are also preferred)

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Willingness to travel across the city for client meetings and site visits.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market is desirable.

Language: Odia (preferred), Hindi, and English.
