We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and expand our client base globally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and project estimations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Attend client meetings, webinars, and industry events to promote company services.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT Services, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS, and Software Solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, BCA, BBA, MBA, or related field.
Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Software Services Sales.
Experience selling software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions will be preferred.
