Job Overview NeoSource is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Achieve sales and business development targets.
Maintain records of leads, meetings and deals.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR industry is preferred.
Ability to build professional relationships.
Self–motivated and target oriented
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge Eligibility
Graduate and final-year students can apply
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
