Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits and cover assigned market areas

  • Identify MSME business owners and build a strong lead pipeline

  • Present Munafa Engine’s solution and explain the clear business benefits

  • Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales funnel

  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

  • Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding

  • Maintain daily reporting, follow-ups, and activity logs

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and convincing skills

  • Confidence in face-to-face meetings

  • Good follow-up and discipline in daily reporting

  • Ability to learn and deliver structured pitch scripts

  • Basic Google Sheets knowledge

  • Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)

  • Smartphone with WhatsApp

  • Willingness to travel across Nagpur

  • Immediate joiner preferred
