Roles and responsibility
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, emails, and social platforms.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
2. Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
Handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Present business proposals and negotiate deals.
Follow up on sales activities and close business deals.
4. Market Research & Strategy Support
Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Provide insights to help shape sales and marketing strategies.
Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis.
6. Presentations & Communication
Create and deliver sales presentations and pitches.
Draft proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
7. CRM & Reporting
Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
