Roles and responsibility

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, emails, and social platforms.

  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.

  • Handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Present business proposals and negotiate deals.

  • Follow up on sales activities and close business deals.

4. Market Research & Strategy Support

  • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

  • Provide insights to help shape sales and marketing strategies.

  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis.

6. Presentations & Communication

  • Create and deliver sales presentations and pitches.

  • Draft proposals, quotations, and contract documents.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

7. CRM & Reporting

  • Update customer records and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
