Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female B2B Real Estate Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, brokers, investors, and businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, conducting property presentations, and achieving business growth targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and business associates.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain a database of clients and regularly follow up for business opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, property consulting, or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
