MetaBlock Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. This role is crucial in driving lead conversion, client engagement, and revenue growth through effective telephone-based outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven telesales experience, and a deep understanding of IT services.
Manage and mentor a team of telesales executives to meet individual and team sales targets.
Develop calling scripts and pitch strategies for different services, including Web and Blockchain development.
Oversee daily operations of telesales campaigns — from lead assignment to call tracking and reporting.
Train team members on sales techniques, company services, and CRM usage.
Analyze call data and conversion metrics to optimize performance.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and maintain relationships through consistent communication.
Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for campaign alignment.
Resolve client queries and escalate issues as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in telesales .
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT service sales is preferred (Web, Mobile, or Blockchain).
Experience using CRM systems and call tracking software.
