Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits

• Pitch company products and services to leads and close deals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve pitch strategy

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of IT products/services (training will be provided)

• Fluent in Hindi and basic knowledge of English

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner

• 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
