Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

  • Generate leads through market research, customer visits, trade fairs, and online platforms.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, customers, and overseas partners.

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.

  • Handle export inquiries, order processing, and coordination with logistics, documentation, and finance teams.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements in target markets.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion objectives.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure timely order execution and compliance.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

  • Support brand promotion activities and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, and applicable international trade laws.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Education : B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. or any graduate

    • Experience : 6 months up experience in the same field.

    • Experience in pharma company preferred.

    • Good understanding of pharmaceutical or laboratory products and markets

    Proven experience in business development or sales (pharma/labs/healthcare preferred)

    • Export and Domestic sales.
