Role Overview:
Maxmint Marketing and Consulting is seeking a highly polished and articulate Client Acquisition Associate to engage with an exclusive network of India’s top 1% investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners (SNI/UHNI segment).
This role sits at the intersection of consulting and high-value sales. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with ultra-premium clients, introducing curated business and investment opportunities, and creating qualified entry points for the senior advisory team.
The position requires exceptional communication skills, business awareness, and the ability to carry sophisticated conversations with high-profile individuals. This is a high-impact role designed for individuals who aspire to operate in a premium consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a curated database of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (SNI/UHNI) through outbound calling
Introduce premium consulting, investment, and business expansion opportunities with clarity and confidence
Understand client profiles, investment outlooks, and business interests
Generate high-quality, conversion-focused leads for the senior consulting team
Maintain a refined and professional communication standard across all interactions
Build rapport and long-term engagement with high-value clients
Maintain accurate and structured records of client interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with senior consultants to facilitate meetings and deal progression
Consistently meet performance benchmarks aligned with quality and outcomes
Candidate Profile:
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong presence, confidence, and ability to engage with senior-level individuals
A polished, professional, and consultative communication style
Basic understanding of business, investments, or consulting ecosystems preferred
High level of discretion, maturity, and attention to detail
Target-oriented with a focus on quality engagement over volume
Prior experience in luxury sales, consulting, or premium client handling is an advantage
Freshers with outstanding communication and personality may be considered
