Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a decent understanding of the creative/branding/communication space and a knack for building meaningful relationships with potential clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying opportunities, and driving growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients across industries
• Pitch Procreate Branding’s services with confidence, tailoring proposals to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM systems regularly
• Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events
• Stay updated with market trends, competition, and client needs

Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development/sales in a creative/design/digital agency
• Basic/essential understanding of branding, design, marketing, and communication solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in client-facing roles, including pitching and presenting
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools
