Relationship Manager

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with the following attributes:

· 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Financial Intermediaries (Stock Brokers, Wealth Managers, AMFI registered MF distributors)

· Commerce Graduate preferably with NISM certification

· Clear conceptual knowledge of Equities

· Working Knowledge of Excel

· Residing in suburbs (Andheri to Dahisar) and willing to work on Saturdays

· Excellent communication and persuasive skills

 CFP/ NISM Level-1 & Level-2 Registered Investment Advisor Certification & NISM V-A MF Certification

       Other Skills-Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Basic Knowledge of Word & Power Point,

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

· Client sourcing

· Client onboarding

· Day to Day management of Client transactions with operations

· Client query solving and objection handling

· Periodical Client portfolio review

· Upsell

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

· Client conversion ratio

· Client retention ratio

· Client wallet share

· New Client referrals

· Client satisfaction ratings
