We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Maatrabhoomi Developers. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads.
Present, promote, and explain real estate projects to prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options based on their needs and budget.
Conduct telephonic market research to stay updated with industry trends and customer expectations.
Negotiate effectively with customers to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/software.
Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to build relationships and maximize conversions.
Prepare and deliver engaging property presentations over calls or virtual meetings.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
