About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing Zippyfeed family. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound lead calls professionally and confidently.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.

• Understand and address client issues promptly by coordinating with internal departments.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of franchise and business development processes.

• Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, updates, and progress.

• Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and suggesting improvements in the process.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude

• Strong coordination and follow-up ability

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

• Prior experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Sales (preferred)
