Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in the interior designing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for both residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and field visits.


Meet potential clients to understand their interior requirements (homes, offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).


Explain company services, design process, and project execution flow.


Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate consultants, and corporate clients.


Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver customized proposals.


Follow up with leads and ensure proper conversion from inquiry to project closure.


Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and client meetings.


Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:


Proven sales or business development experience (interior industry preferred).


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Good understanding of interior design trends and space planning concepts.


Ability to understand client requirements and convey ideas effectively.


Strong networking and client relationship management skills.


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.


Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing is a plus.


Must be willing to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
