JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities (Field + Office Work): □ Lead Collection on Field: Gather parent contact information through field visits to identify potential leads.
Prospect Engagement: Reach out to collected leads through calling, engaging parents in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and expectations and scheduling counselling session for admission of their kid.
Provide On-Site Counseling: Conduct counselling sessions for the parents, explain the school’s curriculum and facilities, give tours, and convert them for admission of their kid.
Consistent Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested parents to nurture engagement and maintain interest in the school’s offerings.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, admissions status, and daily activities, updating the system as required.
Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly admission targets set by the organization.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Discipline
Excellent communication skills
Record of meeting and exceeding sales quota/target in previous sales stints
Extremely proactive and flexible in approach □ Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Work Mode: On-site (Work from School Branch).
Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off).
Compensation: 4.5 LPA (3L fixed + 1.5L variable)
Location: PAN India
