Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, and Industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through client visits, networking, tenders, and market research.
• Meet sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Technical Support
• Understand client technical requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for technical clarifications.
• Prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support clients during pre-bid and post-bid discussions.
Proposal & Tender Handling
• Review RFQ, tender documents, and technical specifications.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions.
• Follow up for order closure and payment collection.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Identify upcoming projects in Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
• Suggest strategies for business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints or technical concerns promptly.
• Maintain regular follow-up with key accounts.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of Oil & Gas engineering systems.
• Knowledge of EPC projects, piping, process equipment, valves, instrumentation, etc.
• Good command of MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation systems.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.
