As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions. Your primary objective is to drive business growth by promoting and selling Infinis (Patient Management System) and our managed contact center services.
You will be the face of our brand at hospitals, understanding client needs, demonstrating product value, and ensuring successful onboarding and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to pitch our software and services.
Present and demonstrate Infinis PMS to hospital administrators and decision-makers.
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable product features and services.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, references, or local networking.
Maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to drive long-term engagement.
Coordinate with internal technical and onboarding teams for successful implementation.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and meet assigned sales targets.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on leads, client meetings, and progress updates.
Stay updated on healthcare IT trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or IT products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for on-site client meetings.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic tech platforms is a plus.
