3. Project Onboarding & Solution Alignment:
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new projects. Work closely with developers to understand their specific needs and position our offerings in a way that provides strategic value. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
4. Deal Negotiation & Closure:
Take ownership of the negotiation process, ensuring deals are structured in a way that delivers mutual benefit. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to close deals efficiently and confidently, meeting both revenue and strategic growth targets.
✔ Strong Real Estate Background:
You possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, project lifecycles, and developer priorities. Experience working directly with real estate developers is highly preferred.
