Job Description

Position: Ticketing Executive

Assist the Ticketing team in ensuring timely issuance of tickets by adhering to the defined TAT. Process all ticketing requests in compliance with SOPs while diligently identifying, securing and upselling opportunities, such as ancillary services, to drive additional revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities- 
 

  •  Manage reservations for clients and process ticket payments.

  •  Issue/Reissue tickets and boarding passes, and handle booking modifications.

  •  Handle client concerns and resolve issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and missed connections.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized service.

  •  Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

  •  Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and travel-related technology to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.

  •  Assist clients with visa processing requirements, providing basic knowledge and guidance throughout the application process. • Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall ticketing process.

  • Providing excellent customer service in ticket booking and inquiries. • Collaborate with the finance department to manage billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for corporate travel accounts

  • Required skills & Qualifications: 

  •  Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a strong focus on air ticketing using GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus).

  • Familiarity with visa processing procedures and basic knowledge of visa requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. •

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •

  • Strong work ethics.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or a related field, IATA Certification will be an added advantage.

  • Experience- 1 to 3 years
