We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Icv Assessments Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Present and promote products or services to prospective clients

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.

  • Marketing campaign management & knowledge of social media

  • Business development & Analysis

  • Promotion planning & Search New Market Place

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

  • We provide ISO certification services, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000,

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business or a related field. (preferred). all graduates are welcome to apply. and 1 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a Clients-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Handling National Or International Client.

  • Strong lead generation and pipeline management abilities.

  • Client management and relationship-building experience.
