About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents through the admission process, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right course based on their career goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Conduct need-based counseling to understand the student’s educational background and career goals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an accurate record of all interactions.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to improve lead conversions and overall performance.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, fees, and curriculum.
• Participate in webinars, demo sessions, and admission events when required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and guidance

• Good understanding of EdTech sales or counseling processes.

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate degree (mandatory).
• Prior experience in EdTech sales is preferred.
• Candidates from Noida or nearby locations will be given priority.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
