Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Shift: Morning Shift (10 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday)
Shift: Night Shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 PM or 6PM to 3AM, Monday–Friday)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive at IBE Forum, you'll be the key link between our management team and prospective clients. You’ll spearhead lead generation, engage with partners, and ensure successful coordination of events and sessions—domestically and internationally. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support high-impact conferences, workshops, and forums.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and online research.
Present event details, highlight benefits, and close on participation or sponsorship agreements.
Maintain and accurately update CRM data—tracking leads, pipeline status, and conversions.
Collaborate across marketing, event management, and leadership teams to ensure smooth event operations
Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Assist with logistics for domestic and international events—support includes travel coordination, documentation, and passport arrangements.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly quotas related to leads generated, meetings scheduled, and deals closed.
