Role Summary
Drive sales by connecting buyers with premium real estate projects. You will manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to final closing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leads: Generate leads via calling/networking and manage the CRM pipeline.
Site Visits: Host professional tours, highlighting project USPs and floor plans.
Market Awareness: Track industry trends and competitor activity.
Networking: Build lasting relationships with clients and channel partners.
Targets: Hit monthly sales goals through proactive follow-ups.
Requirements
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales (Freshers with high energy are welcome).
Skills: Strong "convincing" skills; fluent in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM.
Weekly Off: Tuesday (Weekends are mandatory workdays).
Comp: F
