Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will support the organization’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in converting leads into long-term partnerships. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a structured approach to pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and professional platforms

  • Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings

  • Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate solutioning and timely follow-ups

  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines

  • Track business development metrics and prepare periodic reports

  • Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under guidance

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
