Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will support the organization’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in converting leads into long-term partnerships. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a structured approach to pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and professional platforms
Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate solutioning and timely follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines
Track business development metrics and prepare periodic reports
Support negotiations and assist in closing deals under guidance
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
