Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, organized, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and sending marketing emails, proposals, and reports

  • Handle client communication via email and phone

  • Maintain and update lead and customer databases

  • Support the sales and business development team with documentation and follow-ups

  • Manage basic social media or digital marketing tasks

  • Work with Excel to create reports and data tracking sheets

  • Work on the IndiaMart CRM on daily basis to generate leads

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred)

  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with the right skillset are welcome)

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and email tools (Outlook/Gmail)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
