We’re looking for a smart, organized, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and sending marketing emails, proposals, and reports
Handle client communication via email and phone
Maintain and update lead and customer databases
Support the sales and business development team with documentation and follow-ups
Manage basic social media or digital marketing tasks
Work with Excel to create reports and data tracking sheets
Work on the IndiaMart CRM on daily basis to generate leads
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred)
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with the right skillset are welcome)
Good spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and email tools (Outlook/Gmail)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
