Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients to understand their shipping needs.

• Identify and vet prospective carriers to build a reliable service pipeline.

• Obtain shipping quotes and share them with clients.

• Book freight services and coordinate pickup/drop-off schedules.

• Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.

• Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers for smooth operations.

• Negotiate transportation costs and delivery timelines.

• Support business growth by acquiring new projects and contracts.

Education & Experience

• Graduation preferred; however, freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in logistics, freight, or business development is a plus.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (mandatory).

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
