Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the bidding process for data center solutions through the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, focusing on Kelax servers and workstations.

2. Collaborate with sales, technical, and procurement teams to gather necessary information and documentation for bid submissions.

3. Ensure timely preparation and submission of bid documents on the GEM portal, adhering to all procedural and regulatory requirements.

4. Conduct thorough research on government procurement policies, tender specifications, and bidding guidelines to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

5. Customize bid proposals to meet the unique requirements of government clients, addressing technical specifications, pricing, and contractual terms.

6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies and value propositions that maximize win rates.

7. Maintain accurate records of bid submissions, including tracking numbers, bid status, and feedback received from government authorities.

8. Liaise with government agencies and departments to clarify bid-related queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and participate in post-bid negotiations as required.

9. Stay updated on changes to GEM portal policies, procedures, and bidding opportunities, proactively identifying and pursuing new business prospects.

10. Analyze bid outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance bidding success rates.
