Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Noida
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive with 1–2 years of recent experience in business-to-business sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients to expand the company’s business.
Maintain and strengthen long-term professional relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable products/services.
Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Keep track of industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
