Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude to drive our North American market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telesales, prospect research, competitor analysis, and preparing strategic reports. Key Responsibilities:
1. Telesales & Lead Generation (North America Market)
Conduct 100+ cold calls per day to potential clients in the US/Canada.
Manage follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to nurture leads.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on conversion rates.
2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Identify high-potential prospects through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to uncover market trends and opportunities.
Prepare competitor reports to refine sales strategies.
3. Audit Reports & Data Analysis
Generate detailed audit reports on lead interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Analyze sales funnel metrics to improve conversion rates.
Present findings to the management team with actionable recommendations.
4. Email & Outreach Campaigns
Craft highly engaging, personalized emails for lead nurturing.
Maintain flawless email etiquette with prompt and professional responses.
Use email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to track engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
✅ 1-2 years of experience in B2B telesales/digital marketing sales (US Market).
✅ Exceptional English fluency (neutral accent, strong phone presence).
✅ Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) & report preparation, Loom Videos.
✅ Outstanding email drafting & professional communication skills.
✅ Self-starter with a go-getter attitude – thrives under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads).
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha.
